Steve and the guys at A1 are very knowledgeable. I took my M5 in with a quirky electrical issue, they diagnosed it, repaired it and I had it back the same afternoon.

My BMW 118D F20 broke down and had a drivetrain issue. Rang these guys up straight away and spoke to Steve. I brought the car in the next morning to them which they then done a full diagnostics and found an issue with the EGR and inlet manifold. They ordered the parts and fixed the problem the following day. Car now runs beautifully. Will recommend to others with German cars they know their stuff and are very knowledgeable. Brilliant work guys thanks.

We've brought my BMWs to Steve and the team for more than 5 years now and I wouldn't trust anyone else to look after them. They really understand these cars and it shows. Fantastic customer service each and every time, and they've gone above and beyond on several occasions to help me out when I needed it. I always recommend them to everyone I know with a German car! Thanks Steve and the team.

Got my BMW 1 Series in for a diagnostic as I was losing coolant, oil and power as I was driving. They found the issues I had within 30 mins of having my car, rang me up and explained everything. After doing those repairs, they checked my clutch and found out I needed a new one. Constantly gave me updates and kept me in the loop so there was no surprises. I picked my car up the same day. Cannot fault their help or service.

Steve at the front of house was brilliantly helpful and really knows his stuff. I don't trust many repair shops with my BMW M2 (this was my 1st visit to A1), but they did a great job replacing a cracked rear spring and a damaged undertray. It's now booked in next week for a full DCT gearbox service.

Highly recommended! Completed my service to an excellent standard. All of the team were very friendly and helpful. Having used many mechanics I can confidently say that A1BN are one of, if not, the best around.

Brilliant service. Came in during the morning after my MOT failed due to corroded pipes, and Steve walked me through what each part needed, why it was needed, and how much it would cost. Was super polite and made me feel at ease. They managed to get all the work done, and I collected the car the same day! Cannot fault any of the service I received, from the welcome I got when I walked in, all the way to when the keys were handed back to me. Will definitely be enquiring if I need any work done in future.
