Took my car for service and part changes, the staff were brilliant, knew what they were doing and talking about. Talked me through what needed doing and what didn’t in detail. The price was great. The car was done in the time mentioned (actually slightly earlier which was convenient for me) would highly recommend these guys for any work! This is my second time there with the same car and am still very much impressed. Thanks to all the A1 team.

I am so impressed with the service that I received from A1. Steve is someone that you can tell is passionate and cares about customer service and your experience. Everything was explained in detail that needed doing to my car, complete with in-depth emails including pictures that really make you feel like you are being kept totally in the loop. No question is a silly one and is answered in full detail. I live in Watford and would happily travel to these guys in the future for any work that is needed on my car! I got a much better experience here than the main dealership.

I drove my friend here because her car had broken down on A1 and was taken there for fixing (no BMW for me, sadly). She said they were extremely helpful and loved their jobs. They were kind enough to stay open late if we were delayed on the motorway getting to them. The car had been fixed without delay. She paid up, and we headed north again in convoy.

Came here for walnut blasting and plugs/coils. Location is close to Stevenage train station (10-15m walk). The team are very friendly and knowledgeable. Price is competitive, and they are fully transparent, sending you photos and videos as they do the work, etc. Will be coming back for all BMW work.

Got my BMW 1 Series in for a diagnostic as I was losing coolant, oil and power as I was driving. They found the issues I had within 30 mins of having my car, rang me up and explained everything. After doing those repairs, they checked my clutch and found out I needed a new one. Constantly gave me updates and kept me in the loop so there was no surprises. I picked my car up the same day. Cannot fault their help or service.
