Getting here from Letchworth Garden City
From Letchworth, the quickest way to us is usually the A1(M). Join it at junction 9, head south for one junction and leave at junction 8 for Stevenage, then follow Gunnels Wood Road to Cavendish Road. It is about 7 miles and normally takes around 15 minutes outside the rush hour.

If your car is still under warranty, you do not have to go back to the dealer for servicing: we follow the manufacturer's schedule and use the correct parts and procedures, so your warranty is protected, and your service history is kept up to date.
We also carry out Class 4 MOTs, trace faults with dealer-level diagnostic equipment, including the BMW ISTA system, and handle repairs of all sizes. If you ride a BMW motorbike, we service and repair those too, although we cannot MOT motorbikes.
Planning your visit
Bring your car in between 7.30am and 8.30am on the day of your booking. You are welcome to leave it with us for the day; we keep you updated as the work goes on and check with you before doing anything extra. Trains from Stevenage to Letchworth Garden City run via Hitchin, and Stevenage station is about a 20-minute walk from the workshop. Courtesy cars are limited, so request one early when you book online.
