I had my car serviced here and was really impressed with the extremely smooth customer care received! A great, reliable place to do to have car serviced or have work done. Thank you very much!

Had a stuttering/power issue on my F30 335D. Booked a diagnostic for the following day. Dropped my car off at 8 am. Fault diagnosed by 10 am and fixed by 3 pm. Steve provided updates throughout. Brilliant service. Will be back in the future.

Very knowledgeable and friendly technicians will explain all the work being carried out in detail and give you a good understanding of what is being done. Fair pricing for specialist work. I will be coming back.

Absolutely brilliant service — diagnosed and fixed in hours what others couldn’t solve in months. I’ve had my 2011 530d since February 2025 and spent the last four months trying to resolve a frustrating vibration coming from the rear of the car. It had been taken to three different garages, each keeping it for several days, but none could get to the bottom of it. Then I brought it here. Within two hours, the issue was identified, I was given a clear cost breakdown, and the fix was completed the same day. Couldn’t be happier with the service - you’ve definitely earned a loyal customer. Huge thanks to the team!

My BMW 118D F20 broke down and had a drivetrain issue. Rang these guys up straight away and spoke to Steve. I brought the car in the next morning to them which they then done a full diagnostics and found an issue with the EGR and inlet manifold. They ordered the parts and fixed the problem the following day. Car now runs beautifully. Will recommend to others with German cars they know their stuff and are very knowledgeable. Brilliant work guys thanks.

First visit to A1BN. Got referred to Steve and his team and what a great job they’ve done on my classic E39 M5... resolved a stuck rear door and undertook a detailed assessment of the car and recommended all the suspension and brake components be changed... actual price came in a lot less than what was quoted and car feels like new. All parts are BMW OEM too... with the M5 parts being hard to source, this wasn’t an issue for Steve. Great job guys.

Steve at the front of house was brilliantly helpful and really knows his stuff. I don't trust many repair shops with my BMW M2 (this was my 1st visit to A1), but they did a great job replacing a cracked rear spring and a damaged undertray. It's now booked in next week for a full DCT gearbox service.

Great communication. Let me know the issues found and costs every step of the way and saved me hundreds compared to what BMW had quoted me. Fantastic service. Would highly recommend!

I am so impressed with the service that I received from A1. Steve is someone that you can tell is passionate and cares about customer service and your experience. Everything was explained in detail that needed doing to my car, complete with in-depth emails including pictures that really make you feel like you are being kept totally in the loop. No question is a silly one and is answered in full detail. I live in Watford and would happily travel to these guys in the future for any work that is needed on my car! I got a much better experience here than the main dealership.
