Steve at the front of house was brilliantly helpful and really knows his stuff. I don't trust many repair shops with my BMW M2 (this was my 1st visit to A1), but they did a great job replacing a cracked rear spring and a damaged undertray. It's now booked in next week for a full DCT gearbox service.

Got my BMW 1 Series in for a diagnostic as I was losing coolant, oil and power as I was driving. They found the issues I had within 30 mins of having my car, rang me up and explained everything. After doing those repairs, they checked my clutch and found out I needed a new one. Constantly gave me updates and kept me in the loop so there was no surprises. I picked my car up the same day. Cannot fault their help or service.

Absolutely brilliant service — diagnosed and fixed in hours what others couldn’t solve in months. I’ve had my 2011 530d since February 2025 and spent the last four months trying to resolve a frustrating vibration coming from the rear of the car. It had been taken to three different garages, each keeping it for several days, but none could get to the bottom of it. Then I brought it here. Within two hours, the issue was identified, I was given a clear cost breakdown, and the fix was completed the same day. I drove my friend here because her car had broken down on A1 and was taken there for fixing (no BMW for me, sadly). She said they were extremely helpful and loved their jobs. They were kind enough to stay open late if we were delayed on the motorway getting to them. The car had been fixed without delay. She paid up, and we headed north again in convoy.
