I have a BMW 5 Series 530 2017 3.0 Diesel. Work I had carried out included inlet manifold replacement, walnut blasting and cleaning of the cylinder head intake ports due to carbon build-up, new brake discs and pads for the front, new battery, and tyre pressure sensors for all 4 wheels. I was provided with pre-work and post-work pictures, and updates during the work. Communications from Steve were great, and everything was carried out in a timely and efficient manner. I am very happy with the work. Will I use their services again - I think so!

I am so impressed with the service that I received from A1. Steve is someone that you can tell is passionate and cares about customer service and your experience. Everything was explained in detail that needed doing to my car, complete with in-depth emails including pictures that really make you feel like you are being kept totally in the loop. No question is a silly one and is answered in full detail. I live in Watford and would happily travel to these guys in the future for any work that is needed on my car! I got a much better experience here than the main dealership.

Got my BMW 1 Series in for a diagnostic as I was losing coolant, oil and power as I was driving. They found the issues I had within 30 mins of having my car, rang me up and explained everything. After doing those repairs, they checked my clutch and found out I needed a new one. Constantly gave me updates and kept me in the loop so there was no surprises. I picked my car up the same day. Cannot fault their help or service.

Took my car for service and part changes, the staff were brilliant, knew what they were doing and talking about. Talked me through what needed doing and what didn’t in detail. The price was great. The car was done in the time mentioned (actually slightly earlier which was convenient for me) would highly recommend these guys for any work! My BMW 118D F20 broke down and had a drivetrain issue. Rang these guys up straight away and spoke to Steve. I brought the car in the next morning to them which they then done a full diagnostics and found an issue with the EGR and inlet manifold. They ordered the parts and fixed the problem the following day. Car now runs beautifully. Will recommend to others with German cars they know their stuff and are very knowledgeable. Brilliant work guys thanks.
