Had a stuttering/power issue on my F30 335D. Booked a diagnostic for the following day. Dropped my car off at 8 am. Fault diagnosed by 10 am and fixed by 3 pm. Steve provided updates throughout. Brilliant service. Will be back in the future.

Got my BMW 1 Series in for a diagnostic as I was losing coolant, oil and power as I was driving. They found the issues I had within 30 mins of having my car, rang me up and explained everything. After doing those repairs, they checked my clutch and found out I needed a new one. Constantly gave me updates and kept me in the loop so there was no surprises. I picked my car up the same day. Cannot fault their help or service.

This was the first time using A1, and I was a bit nervous, having suffered bad experiences elsewhere. It was convenient as I live locally, so I dropped the car off and walked home. I was messaged when the work was completed, and I walked back and picked the car up.
I found the customer interface was friendly and well organised. I liked how I could arrive nice and early and park the car safely with reduced risk of getting the paintwork scratched. I received useful reports as the job progressed.
I had ordered an oil change service, and I decided at the last minute to get my air-con looked at. This late decision caused no problems for them, and both jobs went well. The job was cheaper and much better than the VW dealer who failed with the air-con. A1 were much more polite than the main dealer, whose service manager was incredibly brusque. It was a good decision to ditch them and go with A1.

Took my car for service and part changes, the staff were brilliant, knew what they were doing and talking about. Talked me through what needed doing and what didn’t in detail. The price was great. The car was done in the time mentioned (actually slightly earlier which was convenient for me) would highly recommend these guys for any work! Came here for walnut blasting and plugs/coils. Location is close to Stevenage train station (10-15m walk). The team are very friendly and knowledgeable. Price is competitive, and they are fully transparent, sending you photos and videos as they do the work, etc. Will be coming back for all BMW work.
