Brilliant service. Came in during the morning after my MOT failed due to corroded pipes, and Steve walked me through what each part needed, why it was needed, and how much it would cost. Was super polite and made me feel at ease. They managed to get all the work done, and I collected the car the same day! Cannot fault any of the service I received, from the welcome I got when I walked in, all the way to when the keys were handed back to me. Will definitely be enquiring if I need any work done in future.

Came here for walnut blasting and plugs/coils. Location is close to Stevenage train station (10-15m walk). The team are very friendly and knowledgeable. Price is competitive, and they are fully transparent, sending you photos and videos as they do the work, etc. Will be coming back for all BMW work.

My BMW 118D F20 broke down and had a drivetrain issue. Rang these guys up straight away and spoke to Steve. I brought the car in the next morning to them which they then done a full diagnostics and found an issue with the EGR and inlet manifold. They ordered the parts and fixed the problem the following day. Car now runs beautifully. Will recommend to others with German cars they know their stuff and are very knowledgeable. Brilliant work guys thanks.

The car was done in the time mentioned (actually slightly earlier which was convenient for me) would highly recommend these guys for any work! Got my BMW 1 Series in for a diagnostic as I was losing coolant, oil and power as I was driving. They found the issues I had within 30 mins of having my car, rang me up and explained everything. After doing those repairs, they checked my clutch and found out I needed a new one. Constantly gave me updates and kept me in the loop so there was no surprises. I picked my car up the same day. Cannot fault their help or service.
