Diagnostics and Fault Finding
Diagnostics is our key area. With more electrical and computer-controlled systems being fitted to cars, we see an increasing number of faults, and finding them takes expensive dedicated test equipment and well-trained technicians – we have both. That puts us in a strong position to provide diagnostic services to the general public and the trade alike.

Dealer-Level Diagnostic Equipment
For BMW and Mini, we use the same professional BMW diagnostic system as main dealers, BMW ISTA, to diagnose faults and run resets and fixes. ISTA updates automatically from the BMW AG central server, so the latest updates are always available.
For Porsche, our workshop uses the latest Porsche PIWIS4 diagnostic technology. It is integrated with Porsche’s official online portal and updated daily, giving us real-time technical data, diagnostic tools and software updates from the Porsche factory. For Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda and SEAT, we use the latest manufacturer diagnostic tools and software for precise fault detection.
